1. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method. You can use your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a credit/debit card through PayPal.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at service@nailscocobeauty.store as soon as possible.

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if applicable). You can also contact our support team for updates.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: What are your shipping options and delivery times?
A: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (UK): 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping (UK): 1-2 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on external factors such as postal delays.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: If tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. You can use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
A: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at service@nailscocobeauty.store so we can assist you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the courier.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before returning any items.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return, email us at service@nailscocobeauty.store with your order details. We will provide further instructions.

Q: Who covers the return shipping costs?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method via PayPal.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes, all our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at service@nailscocobeauty.store with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications via our website.
